Our Story
The AEGIS Commitment
Started as a final-year Product Design Engineering project at the Glasgow School of Art and the University of Glasgow, the product began as a response to a clear gap in the sports equipment market. What started as a student-led effort to improve protective gear has since grown into a fully developed start-up with a mission to design performance-focused equipment tailored to female athletes. Backed by user research, prototyping, and athlete feedback, our journey has been driven by the belief that everyone deserves gear for them —not just physically, but purposefully.
